Congratulations to Irwin County High School's One Act Play Cast on a Region Championship. Coach Abby Griffin reflected:
"I am proud to say we are your Region 1 Division 1 One Act Play champions!
These kids did a wonderful job today, truly. Every single one of them contributed to a cohesive ensemble and I couldn’t be prouder!
Annie Verwey got Best Actress for the region, and October Norris and Haven Johnson-Jordan were named to the region’s All-Star Cast.
Special thanks to Mr. Jared Luke, Mr. Casey Soliday, Mrs. Jami Willis, Mr. Ray Pierce, Mrs. Sonya Rankin, and Mr. Billy Stephens for the parts you played in helping us today!
We will head to state in Warner Robins on Saturday, November 11."
