Girls Tennis Serve Their Way to Three-Peat!
- 11 May 2016 11 May 2016
The Lady Indians Tennis Team finished their amazing, undefeated playoff run by being awarded their third GHSA Class A Tennis Champions trophy in three years! Four years ago, our girls tennis team faced a tough loss to Baconton Charter to receive the school's first Girl's Runner-Up trophy. Since then, Coach Luke Roberts and Coach John Tuggle have pushed our ladies to work as hard as can be so that they could play their best tennis at the highest high school level. For the past three years, they have done just that! Congrats to our ladies on making history and on making all of Indian Nation proud! Also, congratulations to our Boys Tennis team for finishing as the State Runner-Ups! Our boys lost a tough-fought loss to region rival, Telfair County. We are so proud of all of our athletes and hope to see even more to come in the future!
